As a clinical psychologist, my mission is to help people on their journey to live meaningful and fulfilling lives.

I take the perspective that everyone is doing the best they can. Despite those best efforts, we can experience painful and overwhelming circumstances or everyday stressors that make it challenging to live the lives we want for ourselves. While we cannot change difficult situations from the past, we can work together to find strategies for becoming unstuck and overcoming life’s challenges and setbacks.

In therapy, I strive to co-create an accepting space for us to compassionately examine your experiences, as well as your thoughts and feelings about those experiences. We will work collaboratively to identify barriers and modify strategies that may no longer be benefiting you. Together, we will work towards building on your strengths and personal values to find effective strategies that empower you on your path toward growth and positive well-being.
